Authors

If you’re a budding author and would like to submit a proposal to be part of this year’s Festival, please download a copy of our Author Proposal Form. Please email completed forms to authors@whitbylitfest.org.uk.

Sponsorship

We’re looking for sponsors to support this year’s festival.

Primary Festival Partner

Do you work for, or run, a company or organisation who could become our headline partner? If that’s the case we’d love to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity for a larger organisation to support our Festival and be visible across our communication, marketing, print and signage for 2026.

Community Partner

We’re also keen to partner with an organisation who would value the opportunity to support our work promoting literacy in the community. This partnership will help us expand our writing competitions and schools workshops.

Media Partner

Would you like to support our PR, media and communication? We’re looking for media partner who can help us reach an even wider audience this year, buy helping us meet some of the cost involved in marketing the Festival. In return you’ll be visible in across our email, social media and website throughout this year as well as being mentioned in press releases and highlighted in our printed programme.

Adverts in Festival Programme

This year adverts in our printed programme will cost as follows:

  • 1/4 page £100
  • 1/2 page £180
  • Full page £300
  • Back page £900

Session Sponsors

This year we’re also offering the opportunity to sponsor individual talks and events. Three tiers will be available, related to the three ticket price tiers we operate as a festival. Pricing for these will be announced in due course.
